　　长江与汉江在此交汇，165条河流、166座湖泊，水域占全市四分之一。江豚重回碧波，1050座公园、2500公里绿道铺展全城，是全球首个人口过千万的国际湿地城市。

　　The Yangtze and Han rivers converge here. With 165 rivers and 166 lakes, water bodies account for a quarter of the city's total area. The finless porpoise has returned to live in these vibrant waters. A total of 1,050 parks and 2,500 kilometers of greenways span the entire city, making it the world's first international wetland city with a population exceeding 10 million。

　　Water is the oldest language of Wuhan, and also the most resilient bond that connects the world。

　　Wuhan is eager to share its expertise in wetland conservation and waterfront management with its sister cities, so that the great rivers and lakes become a shared asset for sustainable urban development。

　　Home to 95 universities and 1.4 million undergraduate students, Wuhan is China's third-largest hub for high-intensity intellectual activity. The number of academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering ranks fourth nationwide, while the city's research performance, as measured by the Nature Index, places it eighth globally. The BeiDou high-precision chips and the world's fastest maglev technology both originated from here。

　　年轻人是城市最好的未来。武汉愿与各友好城市推动青年交流、人才联合培养，让创新的种子在不同城市间生根发芽。

　　Optics Valley of China (OVC) is the world's largest R&D and manufacturing base for optical fibers and cables, as well as a major global R&D and production hub for memory chips. The fields of optoelectronic information technology and new energy vehicles are rapidly advancing toward a one-trillion-yuan ($149.3-billion) market scale, while artificial intelligence, biopharmaceuticals, and quantum technology continue to grow steadily。

　　硬科技是城市竞争的底座。武汉愿与各友好城市在技术研发、产业协同上深度对接，共同拥抱新一轮科技变革。

　　Hard technology serves as the foundation for urban competitiveness. Wuhan is eager to engage in deep collaboration with its sister cities in technological R&D and industrial synergy, jointly embracing the new wave of technological transformation。

　　长江文明与荆楚文化在此交融。500多年前，武汉就是中国“四大名镇”之首，丝绸之路与万里茶道在此连接世界。从黄鹤楼的诗到空轨列车的赛博朋克，从大江大湖到街头烟火，武汉持续位列中国十大热门旅游目的地。

　　The Yangtze River civilization and Jingchu culture converge here. Over 500 years ago, Wuhan was the foremost among China's "Four Great Towns", where the Silk Road and the Tea Route connected the world. Wuhan consistently ranks among China's top 10 popular tourist destinations for the poetry of the Yellow Crane Tower, the cyberpunk vibe of the elevated rail service, the vast rivers and lakes, and the vibrant hustle and bustle。

　　文化是城市间最温暖的桥梁。武汉愿与各友好城市加强人文交流、文化互鉴，让不同文明在对话中彼此照亮。

　　Culture serves as the most heartfelt bridge between cities. Wuhan looks forward to strengthening people-to-people exchanges and mutual learning about respective cultures with its sister cities, helping diverse civilizations illuminate one another through dialogue。

　　高铁4小时、航空2小时，覆盖全国80%主要城市、10亿人口。中欧班列辐射欧亚41国120城，近洋航线直抵日韩、东南亚。花湖机场与天河机场组成“双枢纽”，畅连全球。

　　Within the 4-hour high-speed rail travel, and the 2-hour air travel range, the transportation network in Wuhan covers 80% of China's major cities and serves a population of 1 billion. The China-Europe Railway Express connects 120 cities across 41 countries in Eurasia, and its near-sea routes directly reach Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia. Ezhou Huahu Airport and Wuhan Tianhe International Airport form a "dual-hub" system, facilitating seamless global connectivity。

　　联通才有合作，开放才有未来。武汉愿与各友好城市共建物流通道、共享枢纽资源，让彼此的距离更近、合作的路更宽。

　　Only through cooperation can we thrive; only through openness can we secure a bright future.
